This phone have 2 GB of ram and 16 GB of memory. Built in firmware for this mobile is Marshmallow and it is up gradable to Nougat. If some one is interested in up gradation or facing in problem in marshmallow can download their relevant update and can flash it. These updates folder include SD card / OTA update and flash-able firmware.

- Copy the downloaded package to your SD card as I explain it in first method.
- Go to your mobile Settings > Updates > System Updates
- Click on ‘Local Update’, carefully read all the warnings and then make a quick backup of your device (in case you haven’t done that already)
- Next step is tap ‘Confirm’ to proceed with the update installation. It shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.
HOW TO FLASH SCATTER FILE WITH SP TOOL
Step 1: Download and extract the firmware on your computer.
Step 2: After extracting you have to download SP Tool if you already have skip this step.
Step 3: Install the USB Driver (Skip if drivers are already installed).
Step 4: Open SP Flash tool and load the Scatter file from the firmware Folder.
Step 5: Click on Upgrade / Download Button in the Sp flash tool to begin the flashing process.
Step 6: Connect your smartphone to the computer using the usb Driver.
Step 7: Green Ring will appear at the end of successful Flash.
