This phone is fully secure phone which can be dealt with Secure DA for service. And because of this Security you need factory firmware / signed firmware / stock rom for flashing this phone otherwise you cant flash this phone with read firmware. In this thread i will provide you a link of its secure DA for servicing this tool like frp, or nv items etc.
You can use normal SP tool or any professional tool like cm2,avanger, umt, eft etc, to flash this phone if you don't have any one you may use with basic SP tool.

Please follow THIS GUIDE to flash this phone with the provided firmware only one thing is different that is Select DA file in Download Agent Option and the rest of the procedure is same.
